Every summer, my friend Christianne and I visit George and Sandra at their cottage in North Hero, Vermont on the shores of Lake Champlain. We chat, hang out and explore in and around Cedarvale Lane and North Hero.

When we couldn’t gather indoors or cross the border for 2 Covid summers, in 2020 and 2021, we picnicked at Beaver Lake on Mt Royal instead. The tradition continues…
